The guys to the left are Noah and his two sons, Gile and Rodrigo.. They are jewelry vendors. You’ll find them out on the beach almost every day. all day. A good part of the day Noah spends in front of Las Palomas and Sonoran Sky. His two sons can be found in front of Manny’s. If you don’t see something you like, describe what you’re looking for and they will try to track it down bring it to you the next day. I've heard that they will even go into town and purchase a piece for another vendor to resell to you. I guess topay for the front door service and convienance. 
Sandy Beach Shopping
My wife and I prefer to buy from Noah and his sons. He is very sociable and likable person. His English is ok (but then again my Spanish is terrible). And he will go out of his way to find something you like. My wife and I have purchased from Noah for the last three years. We are his loyal customers. Noah got his start selling blankets and ponchos to tourist on the beach. Eventually he made enough money to invest in an inventory of Jewelry. He tells us that he have 6,000 dollars invested in his jewerly case. The jewerly is purchased from wholesalers in Tasco, Mexico. His daughter will travel to Tasco to purchase the jewelry which she then ships to Noah in Rocky Point. They carry(literally) a wide selection of silver jewelry. Women's rings are quite unique with set safires, polished clam shells, rubies, and turquoise stones. For the men they have a variety of rings and silver necklaces and bracelets. The guys should check out the skull rings.
Bargain for the Right Price
The jewelry vendors all carry somewhat of the identical items, so shop around for the right price. You’ll start shopping so much that you may become a regular and they will discount even more. The jewelry may not be of the highest quality, but they are very attractive and most importantly you bought it on the beach from vendors working hard for a living and not at a department store.
