Sonoran Resorts has 4 condominium projects located on Sandy Beach. The first project named the Sonoran Spa Resort was started in late 1999. This 202 condo project consists of one, two and three bedroom condos, garage/storage units, a full service spa, convenience store, restaurant, rental Management Company, 24-hour security, tennis court, fitness center, Internet, three swimming pools and two Jacuzzis.

The next project for the Development Team was the Sonoran Sea Resort on Sandy Beach in 2002. And in 2004 the Sonoran Sun had begun construction. Both projects include the same amenities as the Sonoran Spa Resort - tennis court, 24-hour security, on-site rental management company, lobby, internet, meeting room, fitness center, aqua bar, sports bar, El Adobe Restaurant and Cantina. The property has eight large Mexican fountains and patios. This project is extremely popular with the addition of the “Zocalo” which is a patio area located inside of the Resort. This time of the year, the El Adobe Restaurant is offering outdoor dining as well as live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Sunday mornings they offer brunch and live music .
